Kevin Kirbas, ImpaxRX’s CIO since its 2017 inception, leads enterprise IT strategy, security, and implementation. With 35 years of experience, he excels in transforming businesses through progressive technologies. Kirbas has a proven track record of guiding technology initiatives aligned with business objectives, fostering growth. His expertise includes digital transformation for engineering and telecommunications giants like Bechtel and AT&T, along with designing and directing teams in delivering financial services SAAS used by diverse audiences
Charlie KaneVP of Operations/Business Development
Charlie Kane, ImpaxRX’s VP of Operations/Business Development since 2016, oversees day-to-day operations of key teams. Prior experience includes transforming consumer incentives delivery for Fortune 1,000 B2C companies, developing tools for direct sales organizations, and directing client engagement for complex life insurance applications. Charlie has also served as a client and IT liaison for constructing an Options Advertising platform in the financial services sector.
Carter MurrayDirector of Client Services
Carter Murray, ImpaxRX’s Director of Client Services since August 2017. With over 40 years of experience, he manages pre-sale support, negotiations, quoting, implementations, contracting, and account management. Carter’s extensive background spans sales, sales management, and operations in insurance benefits, telemedicine, mass marketing, and product/producer development. His expertise comes from working with notable companies such as The Hartford, BCBSFL, Anthem Brokerage Corp, Teladoc, Renaissance Dental, StatDoctors, and Consult a Doc (acquired by Teladoc).
